I know we don't have to post images but it helps to keep me focussed. I'm down to 96.4 kgs today, a 7 kg loss (or 15.5 lbs). I'm halfway there as I'm hoping to get down below 90 kgs.

I miss understood the comp. I thought we were supposed to GAIN weight, so I thought I was doing great at 255 LBS. (up a few)

Ok I'll start losing.

I'm on it, I'm actually still down from starting weight. I went a little extreme at the start and couldn't maintain. I appreciate the encouragement!
