These are very popular in my neck of the woods. Them being inexpensive and great tasting doesn't hurt anything either.

Simple ingredients: Brats, beer, bell peppers, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt and ground pepper. 

I'll be lighting the charcoal in about half an hour. :)

Also, use inexpensive beer on this. Don't pour your good ales and lagers into the pot. Busch is on sale here right now. The 12 pack I bought should get me through the summer cooking bratwurst.;)

Lets get cooking!

I love these with honey dijon mustard, spicy brown mustard and occasionally horseradish.

One thing is for sure, they are great every time! :lol:
