Jefferson Posted February 20, 2017 Posted February 20, 2017 These are very popular in my neck of the woods. Them being inexpensive and great tasting doesn't hurt anything either. Simple ingredients: Brats, beer, bell peppers, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt and ground pepper. I'll be lighting the charcoal in about half an hour. More photos as things progress. 2
Jefferson Posted February 20, 2017 Author Posted February 20, 2017 Also, use inexpensive beer on this. Don't pour your good ales and lagers into the pot. Busch is on sale here right now. The 12 pack I bought should get me through the summer cooking bratwurst.
