Had a Bolivar tubes no.1 yesterday and it was the strongest Cuban cigar I've had in a while.

Stronger than the Boli PCs, CJs BBFs I have.

Had a Punch DC last night.

Was feeling pretty good by the time I got to the nub....but that was before dinner.

RACA is the only Cuban cigar to ever kick my ass.  I'm letting those rest for awhile because I'm afraid to smoke it in all honesty.

Great thread!

Punch Petite Coronation Tubos.

RA small club coronas.

Just tried a RASCC tonight.  It does have some kick to it.  Very full flavor, too.  I find it a bit heavy on the earthy and leathery bits... Would like it more with a touch of fruit or sweetness...

Bolivar Royal Coronas, to me, are a good pick. The Royals offer a lot of leather and spice (but with good sweetness for balance). If you like JL2s, then Monte PEs might be a good choice, though they're not long smokes. I don't really find Ramon Allones to be strong, but the RASCC are certainly full-flavored and delicious, and RA gets mentioned as a stronger marca.

I've been enjoying hell out of the new Illusione Garigiste. I found the robustos to be quite feisty. Non-Cuban, but excellent and worth a look.
