Popular Post Drguano Posted January 15, 2017 Popular Post Posted January 15, 2017 Minnesota is experiencing a heat wave (0°C) and the sight of the last quarter of the Christmas Cake reminded me of Rob's comparisons to the RA Superiore. So I decided to put on my shorts and flip flops and step out to the porch with Zelda the cat for a side by side. First third, kittie? She seems to like gnawing on the marzipan of the cake for a moment before turning around to try to cover it with imaginary litter. I find the cake similar to chewing on a three day old RASS. Now the stogie from 2014 is an excellent smoke. It does still have the spice, nuts and raisin essence found in a good Christmas Cake. There are copious amounts of smoke and an excellent burn. Wow! In fact, the stick is so good, this reviewer is calling it so he can relax and enjoy the smoke. Hasta La Juego, mates! 5

I find theSsuperiors to be sweeter than my young(14s) RASS though.

wabashcr Posted January 16, 2017 Posted January 16, 2017 Not at all a fan of that kind of cake, but I do love the RA Sup. It's a great cigar, and I hope HSA continues to put them out in the levels of quality and quantity of 14/15. To me the RACA has more of the spicy, fruity flavor I'd associate with a cake like that. Oddly enough, I love those, too. Funny how flavors you don't go for in food/drink can make for brilliant flavor notes in a cigar.
