polarbear Posted January 5, 2017 Share Posted January 5, 2017 I've got multiple boxes of the #1 through #4 and one lonely half box of the 5's left I very much enjoy them but I stopped crying over discontinuations a long time ago That being said the Spanish and Dutch Diplo REs are worth grabbing if you find them Was lucky enough to score 3 boxes of each on release and wish I'd bought more The Dutch RE from this year still needs a couple of years though Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
protekk Posted January 6, 2017 Share Posted January 6, 2017 I love Diplomaticos ever since I have tried them and bought them when I could. I get a very unique taste with their regular production....berries and citrus but subtle and nuanced.I have 1 box each of the #1,#3'#4 and multiple of the #2's. The Spanish RE had great flavor but short cigars like that seem to burn hot to me and I anly enjoy a little more than half of them, they leave me wanting more but I'm always disappointed they don't last longer. I would say the #4 is my fav and the #2 is my least fav if I had to pickTo touch on the RE topic, I have only purchased the recent Praises Bajos. I smoked one ROTT and right away bought another box after that experience. I enjoyed the size surprisingly and expect great things in the future with age.
