I think you need 100 posts before you can see it

At the OLH home page, click on "Forum" at the menu near the top. Then scroll down to the orange diamond next to ISO (in search of). You can post your search there.

You'll need to wait 6 months from your date of joining and have 100 posts and then you'll see it automatically.
