Popular Post hoyopr Posted October 8, 2016 Popular Post Posted October 8, 2016 Methinks you are correct and should wipe said fluff before smoking. 5
LordAnubis Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 Nah man it's plume! Hehehe. Yep mould. Wipe and smoke. Out of curiosity, please report back how it smoked?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
El Presidente Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 Put on a set of retailer glasses and you will see plume. It is white mold. I wipe it off before smoking. White mold is common particularly in tubes but really...I see it every week multiple times. 2
SloppyJ Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 I like that the last pic was of you smoking it! 1
busdriver Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 Always safetest to assume mold and occasionally be pleasantly surprised that it is plume!

TheMonk Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 I hope you at least checked the foot of the cigar for mold. 1
PigFish Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 x3 on plume! $100.00 cigar for sure. Congrats on the college thing. Hopefully not taking Protest Group Dynamics 101 or Safe Zones Establishment and Administration...! -LOL -Piggy 3
SloppyJ Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 I have a few friends down there in College Station and Navasota. However, the whole regoin left a bad taste in my mouth when they crushed my piggies a few weeks ago. Now we get a crack a Bama tonight. What cigar pairs well with disappointment and soft tears?

Seems like many boxes I buy have a bit of white mold on the sticks. Only happens with this particular stick though.
Dozerhead Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 Definitely plume. Sell the cigars for 4x their original cost and call it a day!

Monte 1/2/3/4/5/ ....I couldn't separate them on the basis of occurrence of mold. You can have a mastercase or series of mastercases where it is predominant. The Upmann Connie 1 OCT NOV 11 and FEB 12 come to mind. Not sure what happened there but that is how they arrived. Cracking cigars nonetheless as you guys can attest.
