El Presidente Posted September 30, 2016 Posted September 30, 2016 I am in the Qantas lounge. Di says she will join me in 5 minutes and ducks away. She comes back with a set of shoes . She has been here 10 minutes. I looked at her amazed "They were 50% off" Therapy required upon our return. God help me...she has ducked out from the lounge again. 4
CaptainQuintero Posted September 30, 2016 Posted September 30, 2016 Realistically how many pairs is the LFTH going to end up costing? Think of this as a buffer pair!
rckymtn22 Posted September 30, 2016 Posted September 30, 2016 Ah... the 50% stickers are coming in handy again! Cigars and shoes
lostsoulcamero Posted September 30, 2016 Posted September 30, 2016 Let the woman shop we all have our vices 1
skalls Posted September 30, 2016 Posted September 30, 2016 My brother always mentions how much he saves when he buys something (golf related primarily), without you know mentioning how much the damn item costs in the first place. So it's not always centered on the other gender lol.
Fuzz Posted September 30, 2016 Posted September 30, 2016 I bought my Omega watch at the Sydney Airport DF whilst waiting to board my flight. Wasn't really planning on buying a watch, but the deal was really good (30% off the DF price, and they didn't charge me the usual Amex surcharge). The store was right next to the gate, and the lady managed to finalise the sale with 10 minutes left to board.

Bohn007 Posted September 30, 2016 Posted September 30, 2016 After the last couple of months of cigar purchases, I made it a point to take my wife shoe shopping at Nieman Marcus just to soften the blow. 2
Popular Post PigFish Posted September 30, 2016 Popular Post Posted September 30, 2016 Rob, we are friends right? I have gotta' tell ya', criticizing Lady Di here, is pretty much a slap in the face of your entire marketing approach!!! You have kinda' stepped over the line on this one mate! If your customers, myself included, were not kindred spirits to our Lady Di here, you would be F'd...! Long live Lady Di... her virtues and vices! I expect a public apology! -Piggy 5
joeypots Posted September 30, 2016 Posted September 30, 2016 Rob, should we exercise some restraint, as an example to Di of real self control, when participating in 24/24 and LFTH?
LGC Posted September 30, 2016 Posted September 30, 2016 Give and take... give and take...I feel lucky being I have to tell my wife to spend money on new clothes and fancy shoes once in a while.
PaulPower Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 Feel lucky it's just shoes. I'm the spender in our relationship, and between cigars and mountain bikes, I have the finances of a coke head... that reminds me! I have 15% off coupon!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 1
