El Presidente Posted September 27, 2016 Share Posted September 27, 2016 Hard ask. They come in and out of the quality spectrum (across all codes). I know as it is one of my favourite cigars. Construction needs to be good, wrappers can be Colorado Maduro or Colorado...makes little difference as long as it is a good wrapper.
