oliverdst Posted September 27, 2016 Posted September 27, 2016 Hey, Nic, not a UK but at least GB. In your memory.
ATGroom Posted September 27, 2016 Posted September 27, 2016 Very shocking and sad news and I don't think Nic could have been older than about 60. I corresponded with him occasionally - always a total gentleman. UK Cigar Scene was setting the standard for cigar journalism. Huge loss. RIP.
Mr.T Posted September 27, 2016 Posted September 27, 2016 Very sad to hear this news. Like everyone has said I really enjoyed his magazine and enjoyed his contributions to the cigar community. Condolences to his family Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
David88 Posted September 27, 2016 Posted September 27, 2016 This is very sad news indeed. It was only last week that I was thinking that I hadn't read any recent publications of U.K. Cigar Scene. My thoughts go to his friends and family, I briefly met him in London a few years ago and had a great chat about cigars.
garbandz Posted September 27, 2016 Posted September 27, 2016 Damned shame such a man had to leave us. I will surely smoke one in his honor..........
Connoisseur Kim Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 Shock and awe. He is one of the cigar people who makes me more passionate in Cuban cigars than before (and cigar tools such as FOH torch too!) .
