It could be worse, you could live in Chicago like me

Ah, the Oilers...Earl Campbell, still one of my all-time favorites.

You people have no idea what misery is unless you've rooted for the Cleveland Browns for the last 35 years.

I would argue that I do (Detroit fan), but would suggest that we may be in the same boat...horrible ownership, incompetent management, and no effin clue how to change it.

It's so much damn fun living near Denver and being a Broncos fan right now. Takes the sting out of being a lifelong Rockies fan.

Oh the humanity!!  My Wretched Detroit Lions are a horrid team this year...yet again.  Aaron Rodgers is presently ripping them apart, yet again.  Offense is putrid, defense has no secondary as usual...blah blah blah.  Ugh!  Anyone else stuck with permanent, perennial losers?

What a perfect day to watch Detroit vs Chicago. A battle of the bad.

Pats crapped in the hat today - the Bills played well and earned it.

Regardless, it's tough to complain about 3-1.

I'm guessing if you could have taken the 3-1 without Brady before the season started, you would have gladly accepted.

Exactly. But it was a little surreal to watch - almost like watching preseason.

As a miserable Bills fan, I'll take that win and the shut out. ?

may i point out to all those so quick to dump on the glorious NFC East (no longer the NFC Least), once the most feared division in football and perennial superbowl winners, that no other division has as many teams with winning records and no other division has a combined total of wins to match ours. though i'd be very happy if the cowgirls, gints and weagles all dropped a few games.

And to think the Bucs are No 2 in the South!

.....and we are performing abysmally :D

at the moment, i think the other teams have got together to try and bump up the skins odds. they'll go short and then play for real.

i mean, seriously - the browns are up (yes, the browns) against us at home and they turn it over three consecutive plays? that can't be for real.

the ravens? cutting us to shreds running the ball and getting nowhere passing. so second half, they give up the run?????? and then when they pick cousins, the bloke loses the ball in the field but so it goes over the line and out in goal. that was the game. you could not make it up.

i could go on.

There's been a few similar moments with my Raiders this year, including SD botching a snap on a game-tying field goal attempt at the end of the game Sunday. I'll take the good luck, especially after the past 13 seasons.
