Popular Post El Presidente Posted September 23, 2016 Popular Post Posted September 23, 2016 25-30 knot winds killed the day on the dam. We fished hard and covered a lot of territory. This dam is restricted to 4 horsepower motors or electrics with a 6 knot speed limit. Throw in a gale and you struggle. We picked up some junk fish. Then Gods decided to bless us with a 50 cm 3.6 kilo Yellowbelly. Made it worthwhile 10
pilar Posted September 23, 2016 Posted September 23, 2016 Nice fish! And if you had caught him on the fly it would've counted! 1
Jimmy_jack Posted September 23, 2016 Posted September 23, 2016 Nothing like fishing. Even a bad day can be great. 1

Yellowbelly is a member of the Perch Family. Different family to the Australian Bass. Found in many of the same conditions.
