Question is, will he have to cut back on the cigars that he enjoys smoking and learning about? I certainly hope now, he has a lot of knowledge to pass along.

I love the FOH Board and thought about all of you while they were stripping away any dignity I might have had. Laying naked, face up at least, hooked up to some good mind alternating Narcs, wondering if I was going to be able to smoke another cigar or not or seeing family made me wonder and have a serious talk with someone I rarely have spoken with, but we had a nice chat the other afternoon and made peace with each other. Hope that Smitty really did get the package out when he was suspose to on 12/29, for it does not show as even being able to be tracked. Do I need to wait until Lisa returns to find out where my missing shipment is? Not that I could smoke them right away, those cigars were the last I ordered and may be the last for a long time due to the Medical Field wanting the Gross National Product of a small 3rd world country for co-pays on Meds to keep me alive. Bloody Wankers, all of them.......

I haven't told lisa yet about your dance with the white light as she would be in here from holidays like a flash.....and if she sees the mess I have made of the joint in her absence before I clean up then I would be booking a bed in hospital next to you ;-) Get well...properly ;-)

Gee, it sure is good to see you back online, Chuck. You put a bit of a scare into us. I am sure that lots of us are curious about what your cardiologist will have to say about cigars! If he doesn't approve, we will locate and recruit a cigar-smoking heart doc! Get well ASAP. BTW, I for one am curious about what that last order from CZ was...

Certanily a crappy way to start the new year, but it's a blessing you're alive and kicking. All my best Chuck, and I'm sure you'll be up and around in no time.
tmos Posted January 6, 2006 Posted January 6, 2006 One more thing, if you're on permanent meds like I assume you are, you can save a little on the co-pays by getting the 90 day supply through one of the mail order houses. Not sure how it works in Florida but with the health plans in my state that saves you 25%. Plus see if you're employer has an HRA so you can at least put those med $$ away pre tax. Get well soon!
