Is new Cuban cigar smokable?

Based on the identical handle, I do believe the OP is the same guy who posted multiple rH threads at BOTL and Puff in addition to here.

He wants concrete, easy answers, and will refuse to accept that there are rarely absolute answers to his questions. He is asking for certainty in a hobby for which there rarely is any. Read his previous threads on those other forums and engage at your own risk, gentlemen.

The problem is most of the time when action needs to be taken, the thread has to be significantly moderated to remove the lead up and the aftermath. This sometimes leads to over censorship or the entire thread hidden at worst case. It is regrettable but it is what it is.

Thanks Mus, that explains a part of the difficulty in it. Your post and explanation is much appreciated!

1. Buy a box of cigars.

2. Smoke one right away and then one every six months thereafter.

3. When they taste good to you (which might be starting with the first one), smoke them all up.

4. Come back and let us all know how it went.

The joy is in the journey.

Hi Ahmet. Haven't jumped in yet though wanted to now as it is inspiring to see such inquisitiveness. You should consider an introductory post in the Newbie Intro room to tell us a little about yourself.

Where are you from, how long have you been enjoying Habanos? What are your other interests and hobbies? It's alway nice to get to know new members.

And in regard to the age of cigars, whether fresh or old, rh% does matter! Cheers!
