Dark oily wrapper. Good construction.
Very mild opening, not a lot of flavor. Good smoke output. Tobacco, slight nuttiness, some creaminess and not much else. No intensity. Nice sweet nutty aroma from the foot smoke. Some floral notes through the nose. A little pepper on the sides of the tongue. Very muted flavors overall.

Burn became uneven and the cigar went out during the first third despite careful attention. Some bitterness on relight but didn’t last. A light twang developed going into the second third. Burn evens out after relight and a little more sweetness comes in the second third but very little evolution or transitions after the midpoint. Light-Med body throughout.

These are still very young so I will put this box away and hope for better in the future, but for now…disappointment.

This box arrived August 15th. Stored at a steady 64%rh since it arrived. It's possible that they were wet upon arrival and haven't dried out sufficiently yet. I'm hoping for better in a year or two.
