Ramon Allones

Por Larranaga. Reg production, discontinued production, RE - doesn't matter. Just an awe-inspiring mix of rustic and elegant.

With only one cigar in the lineup, I may have to go Diplomaticos on this one.

I do love the RyJ Churchill, haven't had a bad one yet.

But for overall marca, I'd have to lean toward H. Upmann.

I really like the PLPC's that I'm smoking right now.  They are a couple years old, though.  Seems to be very slim pickens on these lately.

I'm looking forward to buying some when I'm able. Also... Go Steelers!!

I need to stock up on more Upmann. I'm hoping that at some point there are some Connie A's up when I have the cash. :)

Upmann for me, with a line up that includes:

Royal Robusto - never had one I didn't like

Connie A - admittedly haven't smoked more than 10 but each one has been divine

Mag 50 - stellar cigar

Upmann 2 - only had 2 duds about of maybe 3 boxes worth I've smoked!

Monte is my recent favorite. Love the chocolate

When they're on, they're great, but, I find them to be very inconsistent...at least the ones I've had (other than the Monte No. 4).

The Monte #2 was the first Cuban that I absolutely loved.  It's still one of my favorites, but I've also become a big fan of the #4 and the #3.  Because they are made in such high volume and at different factories they can be inconsistent.  That's the downfall.  But when you get good ones they are fantastic!

Other favorites include: Bolivar, Partagas and H. Upman.

Lately it's been HdM, Boli, Upmann in that order.

Ramon Allones would be up there if they had more in reg prod.

It'd have to be Romeo y Julieta for me.  Not too light, not too heavy -- so they can be smoked any time.  They offer a very wide range of vitolas to suit just about every mood, place or time constraint... from the little 15-minute smoke of the Petit Julieta to the 2-hours plus of the churchill.

It's an impossible question for me - my answer would probably change several times a day, depending on my mood. Having said that, I love Partagas, Bolivar, ERDM, RA, Trinidad and Upmann, and I'm not so keen on Cuaba, VR, Sancho Panza, Por Larranaga and Rafael Gonzalez.

That's odd. Judging by your name I could've sworn it'd be Ghurka. :)

Partagas for me. I can't say no to a party short!

I have a 50 can resting, and I've smoked a few from it. Damn good smokes.

Anything with less than a 60 RG barely touches the sides, so it has to be a Gurkha. But when it comes to actually smoking cigars, I'd much rather have a Cuban! :D

I can't stand those wretched cigars.

Right now I am reaching for Bolivars most frequently. Specifically PCs and I have had a few from a fiver of Royal Coronas from 2012 that have been blowing me away with how good they are.

A close second would be H Upmann PCs 2015 LUB box code. (Can't remember what month). Really good too. With a little more time I think they will be next level.

Like @Lotusguy above, I've been particularly enjoying Cohiba lately.  Probably my current favorite marca.

If I could actually get my hands on some, I'd likely agree with you. The only Cohiba I have in my humidor is a box of PSP Piramides. I won't touch those for several years yet.
