Drink a lot of Gatorade or coca cola. Eat something sweet. Take a shower. No tv. Sleep if you can.

Some say another drink will somehow "trick your body" and your headache will fade out.

Lots of liquids of most any kind, but especially those that replace electrolytes.  I'm of the opinion that the hangover headache is due to loss of liquids in the body, and especially the brain, from all the peeing you do as a result of alcohol consumption.  Take Advil or Tylenol, drink lots of liquids, and eat something sweet.  A Bloody Mary usually helps in combination with all of the above.  If you'll drink lots of liquids (other than alcohol) prior to going to sleep drunk, it will help in the morning, from my experience.

Gatorade recovery shake when you are finished drinking right before you go to bed. (If you can remember) Still may be slightly hung over the next day but it takes a lot of the edge off. I keep two bottles in the fridge at all times . The hangovers are getting more intense with age.

Keep drinking and come out the other side feeling like a champ.

Best thing I found, before I go to bed, I pound some water and take a couple aspirin.  Hydration is key to hangovers, plus the aspirin helps the headache.

Caviar has properties in it that will prevent a hangover from happening if you eat some before you imbibe.  And it doesn't have to be that $85 an ounce stuff either!  The regular $5 to $8 jars on the grocery store shelves will do just fine. I can attest to its effectiveness. Try it!  Hope some help! :)

You could always try my method, haven't had a hangover since December 3 2004.
Of course, I haven't had a drink since December 2nd 2004 so...
Before that, the only cure was to get drunk again.

This.  About to glasses of water. I don't do the aspirin though. But the water works just fine.

As a survivor of some truly breathtaking hangovers I came to realise one has to have a drinking strategy. Here's mine. After a certain point during drinking I go 1:1 alcohol:sparkling mineral water. Before bed I then take what was called in Australia in the 1960s "The Water Cure". Drink as much water as possible. Wait five minutes, repeat. Don't be shy! Get that H2O in. Fill to bursting. Sleep. If you wake for a piss, repeat Water Cure, but only once. Bacon and eggs for breakfast with black coffee and orange juice. Fry the eggs and get hot sauce on 'em. I've found this works very well but requires a discipline that's difficult to maintain in an inebriated state and, unfortunately becomes less effective with age. If you've entered the realm of the two or three day hangover (O! The humanity!) the only true cure is prevention. Like a Pyrrhic victory, the costs (hangover) are greater than the reward (best night ever). Which is why Boris Johnson looked positively, stone cold, ashen-faced hungover at his Brexit victory news conference. Cheers

Oral rehydration solution : 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 6 teaspoons Sugar dissolved in 1 litre of water. Its a medical cure for dehydration, usually after diarrhea but works a treat for hangovers. Drink that, eat a lot and if its really bad my completely non medicine based advice is; have another drink just to take the edge off.

Coconut water is very good for dehydration and hangover.

To help out your liver to recover:

Squeeze a lemon

teaspoon of maple sirup (best quality)

and most important a pinch tumeric powder

stir - drink it

Beside that drink water, take some electrolytes tablets.

Or as a mate always do by hangover and headache/migraine something very mean: a very hot cup of coffee and squeeze a lemon/lime in it. He swears on it, always saying tentimes better than aspirin. But it is yak.

As most have said, Water, Water, Water. The heade ache is a result of your dehydration and Boy do I get em bad. Also electrolytes from Gatorade ,pediasure(trust met) and the like. Last time I was hung over I went surfing, the waves helped "liberate" the contents of my stomach. After that I felt like a Million bucks! :perfect10:

I am another that does not get hangovers! I don't drink...(not regularly anyway) -LOL

When I did, sometimes to excess, prior to sleeping I would take 4 ibuprofen, 1 quart of water and eat something with salt.

Chug a cold Gatorade and eat a package of pop-tarts. Always works for me (followed by coffee)☕️

I agree with Ray 100% the old tylenol and water trick. But one step further is a thing I learned luckily at around 18 from so old guy and that is to drink whiskey or vodka presses. Half water half pop for mix. I later just went straight to water for mix. Almost never did I feel suffering the next day. The dehydration as far as I have always been told is why you get a hangover. But I also agree with Piggy that drinking less really is the best cure. Once a year maybe these days I will tie one on. Usually if I get near my family. :)
