Ageing Fizzers

PLPC. This is the 2nd cab that I patiently age for 4/5 years, one from 2006, the present one from 2011(plus one dress box from 2001 found in Andorra), and I still believe it's the most overrated cigar on cigar forums. Some of them are decent to good but this blend is way too acidic for my taste…

As a side note, I used to really like these cigars before they were discontinued. Their regular production standard shortly after their rebirth has left me underwhelmed as well.

Yes, I have had a few pre-discontinuation (from 1998 I believe) and they were 10 times better, more aromatic, than those from post-reintroduction.

This topic was brought to mind for me over the weekend.  I had been holding on to my last few sticks from when Ramses visited in 2010 and decided to break one of them out.  It was a wind tunnel.
