My Eagles traded a lot of present and future picks to move up to from 8th to Monte No. 2. I believe they chose wisely in QB Carson Wentz but time will tell if the gamble pays off.

I guess one Eli wasn't enough. Yes, Apple is a nice CB, a position we have been weak at over the past 5-6 years. Jack is a great player from UCLA (where my son is a student!), but his knee is a big question. With GM Reese under scrutiny, he couldn't risk the pick on a possibly injured player.

Now the Skins will probably get Tunsil at 21 and we'll never get to Cousins next year!

Apple is a faster cover corner. Hargreaves more of a physical, in your face corner. I guess Reese wanted the cover corner to work with newly-signed Jenkins. That's my guess anyway.
