Make sure to use a Bernzomatic WT2301 Self-Igniting Basic Torch Head and 1 lb propane tank for the best results. Resist the urge to use a stronger gas (any MAP gas) and the rewards will be very dramatic.

Was lucky on that one. Works great.

Looking forward to a Brisket burger afternoon on the deck!

Good one, mate!

I've absolutely taken to grilling, smoking and BBQ over this summer. In fact as I write this I have my kamado reverse searing a 1kg 2 inch slice of rump! Doing about 3 cooks a week, and loving it. There is absolutely nothing that comes close to the taste of properly cooked piece of meat!!

In the last 12 months;

- club car precendent golf cart. Fully customised.

- Phillips airfryer. It is the god amongst gods for, main meals and sports or late night snacks in a flash. Have been able to cook anything in it!

- Honda self propelled 47" lawn mower.

Always wondered about these.

Saw this gem on Kijiji and HAD to make the 2 hour drive right away. Instantly fell in love with this '97 Polaris Hurricane 700 cc with a Twin Carb system and fully restored motor. The body screams 90's (which I thought was fitting as I was born in '90 - yes, yes I remember the pic posted in the other thread lmao.gif ).

Came with this cool home-made flatbed trailer and runs like a dream.
