One Marca And One Cigar That Just Doesn't Work For You?

I tell you what's amazing about this thread is some of the cigars I appreciate the most are panned here.... so ultimately there is a personal taste factor involved.

If we all liked the same thing there would only be one marca. Luckily we all like different things diversity is a good thing.

Marca: Bolivar. I have tried. I don't mind the strength; it's the hot, dry, raspy harshness that I have trouble getting past. Seems to be a family trait, so I'll leave 'em for others to enjoy.

I feel the same way about most of the Boli vitolas, specially on the fresh BBFs. Extremely harsh IMO.

If there Is one marca that I never liked or bought It has to be the brand ,"Cohiba" and I mean ALL of them.

I don't know why ,but I can't bring myself to buy one ,even though I have smoked them.

May-be It's because they are too perfect,with no real taste for me . If they take It out,(which I don't think they ever would

seeing the money they bring In ) It would not bother me like the smallest of brands. Sorry guys !!!!!!!!!!!!

ERDM Demi Tasse just does not do it for me. Have a '13 box and am not impressed. Taste is pleasant, but way too mild and so far, most in he box have been hoplessly plugged. Not worth the trouble. Monte 4 for me is just so-so. Again, too mild and not much flavor. My favorites marcas are Bolivar and Partagas. Good, bold flavors with superb draws and burns. A few weeks ago, might have included RASCC, but the sleep time is beginning to pay off.

Can't get on with Montecristo. There's nothing that I can distinguish in the flavour profile that makes me stop and think about what I'm smoking.

Cigar: PLPC...love petit coronas, love the picadores and the montecarlo but haven't seen anything i like in the plpc's I've tried.

Marca Monte's, I have a box of Monte#4's and they are meh at best. I have several other Monte boxes that just sit due to their blandness.

The last few PLPC I have smoked were just dud's. Maybe time will change as they are young.

Hdm Epi2. Have tried fresh, aged, tubo. All just come off as abrasive to my palette. Sold of my remaining box from 08 and not looking back with any regret
