New (old) ashtray from Hotel Nacional de Cuba!

So I saw this ashtray on ebay the other day, and low and behold it was a buddy of mine selling it! So I shot him a text message asking about it, and bought it for less than 1/2 of what he was asking for it. A cool old ashtray from the Hotel Nacional de Cuba in Havana. I'll be putting it to good use once it arrives.

Was there in October, can confirm, none for sale. No idea when they expect them back in stock. Will try again when I'm there next month.

I have a mate who was in Cuba a week ago and he couldn't get one either. No longer being sold, whether this is a 'waiting for stock' or whatever im not sure.

Dont get excited but I've just seen a picture with several ashtrays available. Cannot confirm if it's for real.

Went twice in the past 15 months and desperately wanted one.  I'd try to get someone to bring one back but from what I hear they are heavy SOBs and I dont know that I've got someone who loves me that much...
