I have not smoked one in years. Everything is dependent on price.

I would not buy them again, but I know what I like to smoke and would rather gander greater quantities of high probability cigars than pricey 'special' cigars. Special cigars rarely beat my favorites, cigar for cigar for the smoking experience.

I have smoked a few with various box codes. Some were better than others. When good they are great, if not then not.

Caveat emptor.

This. There were some terrible boxes gathering dust in Europe.

thank you all

i might go for a great cohiba esplendidos box from 2008 for less.....

Had an 08 Esplendidos on a glorious fall day last year and it was absolutely outstanding. Of course, that is only one element of the value equation...

The 2002 were significantly better. Comments on past storage still apply. Also, they have been faked.

When they where 750 two years back they may have been worth it, if stored right. But at currently prices I would pass and grab the 08 Espys

I still have about a quarter box with that code (ENE 03). I thought that they were pretty good a few years ago, but the last one I tried (a media corona) was pretty bland. I wouldn't chance it. Regular production Cohibas are pretty good right now.

Before anything, you should share some pictures.

But yes, for that money, you can still smoke a box of original release Behike 54, then die and go to heaven.
