What do you love about winter?

I just count my blessings during this totally non-enjoyable time as far as I'm concerned, 'cuz I don't do well in cold weather. So I just stay grateful when and if I don't have to go out in it, and if the electricity stays on without interruption like cold weather causes so many times, and then I can just stay in and try to stay warm. I would not make it in Alaska or Canada - as much as I've enjoyed Canadian folks with their friendliness and kind heartedness!

Best parts of winter for me is the holidays. Nothing better than snow and the fireplace for Christmas. I now live in Miami, originally from Toledo Ohio. Christmas here doesn't feel the same or even resemble the holiday season.

Change of season is great, learn to appreciate the nice weather. When it's over, Spring is like a new beginning every year.

Yeah - encourage the little ones to enjoy their youth! What a thing - to be able to see the youngsters fall down, and you know will pop right back up again! If I fall down - I'm just gonna BE there. Until somebody comes pick me up. I AM Mrs. Fletcher
