I bought a box in Andorra in 2001... A year before they were discontinued. This was the last one of the box - the wrapper was cracked as I dropped the cigar the other day, but the binder seemed ok.

I have always loved this cigar: full body, strong notes of wood and spices. I thought it might have lost some of its kick after so many years, but not really.

Draw was great despite the fact that the wrapper was slightly damaged. Smoke was dense, creamy with some strong notes of wood right off the bat and pretty much throughout the first third (very different). Started to get spicy around the second third - mostly black pepper. Last third was great, even though it was pure tobacco... I mean that great Cuban tobacco flavor.

I already regret not having more of these!7386b16a9bc7c46af387dac67fe8d853.jpg
