El Presidente Posted December 29, 2005 Posted December 29, 2005 Great to be back ;-) Best: Shower Radio. Worst: A book on the History of Longtitude. No need to guess on how my home life is going
Ken Gargett Posted December 29, 2005 Posted December 29, 2005 have both a shower radio and the longtitude book from past years. shower radio v good and am told that the book is too but have not got to it. it was made into a miniseries by the bbc or some other mob of poms (well what else have they got to do). best candidates for worst for the family goes back years ago when mum bought dad a medieval axe of some kind (rather spoilt when a few days before chrissy they were walking through some store which had one and dad remarked that he couldn't imagine any dill actually spending money on something so ridiculous). that was the same year that dad bought running boards for the range rover for mum's present (yes, the same rr i put into the ocean on fraser island) because she had complained that the thing was difficult to get into. he was completely baffled when she wasn't thrilled. and yet they had around 40 happy years before dad passed away??

Worst: A pre-owned copy of the DVD movie "Robots" with the price tag still on it. Up until this year, I had gotten decent presents from my inlaws. Maybe they're trying to tell me something? Wilkey
Smokin_Safari Posted January 2, 2006 Posted January 2, 2006 Jeeeesuz Skid !! No-one should even bother posting anymore - you the king ! Don't tell where you live as I can see the FOH house migrating. You could now perhaps run a "FOH BBQ Sauce" competition.
Ginseng Posted January 2, 2006 Posted January 2, 2006 Wow. I've been lusting after a Weber grill for some time now. Thanks for stoking the flames, so to speak. Wilkey
