shlomo
Buy samplers to find what you really like. Nonsense! Lets name every single cuban cigar, starting with robustos based on zero relevant information. Its perfectly normal to take advice from complete strangers on purchases that can easily amount to several hundres or thousands of dollars...lol

Its perfectly normal to take advice from complete strangers on purchases that can easily amount to several hundres or thousands of dollars...lol I may be an idiot, but I absorb the info off this and other forums to help make purchases. I usually just get a box versus messing with samplers. Crazy? Sure. But I've done pretty well so far. Problem with samplers is the inclusion, typically, of only one of each smoke. If you get a dud, it could turn you off to the entire marca.I had an RASCC like that. Second one was quite good. Best to get in on a split, if you are lucky, or just snag a box and give the viola some time to try and age. I love reading what others here enjoy. It keeps it interesting. Just get a range of opinions and prepare for the collection to explode!

I had it down to a science, I take the input of everyone on here, and prioritize how much weight to put on each person's opinion based on how much I like their online moniker and photo. Like, for Instance, ElPuro's opinion would carry considerable weight, because he has good enough taste to have Vigo from Ghostbusters 2 as his picture.
bdurkk
I'd go VR Unicos or Famosos. Can't go wrong.
Lotusguy
I recommend Cuban About as useful and relevant as any other recommendation you will see - only you know your own taste.

KK33
PSD4 are a decent cigar from your list because they smoke fairly well fresh, but are akin to aging. Might be an idea for that 'first box purchase' to hit one up every 6 months to record how they develop with age. But most of all, as others have said, trying a sampler of singles first to see where your likes are is a good idea.
