El Presidente Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 I am not sure about you, but the past six weeks has been quite debaucherous Time to shed a little pud, and I am happy to run a "Shotgun" Fat bastard Competition commencing 16th of Jan if enough people are interested. By "Shotgun" I mean that we will make it quick and easy this year. 10 weeks only. God knows that is about the extent of most of our willpower The Rules will be: 1. Register on the offical FB thread to be posted the weekend of the 16th of January. Registration entails taking a photo of your feet on some scales (you have time to buy a set!). In the photo we need to see your starting weight.*No Dangly bits to be shown in the photo*Digital scales are mandatory.*Set your scales to Metric if you can. 2. Post your photo (16th to 18th of January) in that thread. 4. Give us an update (no photo required) in the first week of March5. On the First weekend of April take another photo of your feet on the scales with your finishing weight ( FAT BASTARD CSI team will match closing feet to opening feet *Largest weight loss as a % of starting weight wins a box of cigars to be chosen by myself. * On the official FOH Fat Bastard Thread, share your best Fat Bastard Recipes (from 18th of Jan) and go into the draw for another box of cigars chosen by myself. It is all about having a little bit of fun and starting the year on a healthy "ish" note with some cigars to provide a little motivation Post here if you are interested in this years comp. if we can get 20 starters I will put it up!! Cheers Rob

Sutton Posted January 6, 2016 Posted January 6, 2016 I'm in. I need to lose a metric $h#t load of weight
bugg4672 Posted January 6, 2016 Posted January 6, 2016 Im out my scales stop at 285, I guess I could go to the feed and seed and use their scales for horses!
JohnS Posted January 6, 2016 Posted January 6, 2016 I need to get back to 85-86 kg, this holiday period has been very 'festive' indeed. I've been hesitant to step back on the scales! This competition is just the tonic I need!
perkinke Posted January 6, 2016 Posted January 6, 2016 I'm in, I've been talking about getting in better shape for a while now, this will give me another kick to get started....in 11 days.
Fuzz Posted January 6, 2016 Posted January 6, 2016 Count me in. I'm glutton for punishment... and food.

Lant63 Posted January 6, 2016 Posted January 6, 2016 I think I took second or third two years ago. Put most of the weight back in so I'll do it again!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

dangolf18 Posted January 6, 2016 Posted January 6, 2016 Eh I might do it again. I shamefully put back on the weight and then some. Lifted for 6 months straight last year and then quit....definitely need to start a cut again.
Anthonyjoseph89 Posted January 6, 2016 Posted January 6, 2016 This means I have to clip my toe nails.....hopefully I don't pass out this time. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
JackFNQ Posted January 6, 2016 Posted January 6, 2016 I don't wanna, I gotta I don't wanna, I gotta I don't wanna, I gotta my scales are broken might be the battery
forgop Posted January 6, 2016 Posted January 6, 2016 I'm in...stress eating from dealing with a very hormonal and stubborn 12 year old daughter, lots of hours at work, and flip flopping days and nights makes for a hard routine to get my eating and workouts to have any normalcy.
jacktarnold Posted January 6, 2016 Posted January 6, 2016 I'm in. I tied for the win a few years ago after I ballooned up after my daughter was born and was able to drop over 30kg. I managed to keep up until after I got done with school, switched to night shift and had my son. (Night shift is a killer with two small kids)
