El Presidente Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 For what it's worth The list is based on the highest % of High Quality Plus (my HQ/PSP) per code from January through to November 30th this year. For the purpose of the exercise, the minimum number of boxes looked at with that code is 250. I hence have not included some stunning cigars from the last quarter with some new codes simply because I haven't seen a minimum of 250 boxes. The list is a little unfair to workhorse codes such as ULA given the numbers of cigars produced. Flipside is that LUB/LUA/EML/RAE also produce a ton of cigars. Still it is a guide. MUO ARG LUB MOE MUL UME ESO GEO LUA EML MOB LAS ELU RAE GMA LAS ULA RUS AUM OPG OLM APU ORA BMS POU 3
irratebass Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 Excellent research Rob....proud to say I am an owner of # 17
hellorockview12 Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 Just what I was looking for. Amazing, thanks prez.
dt2 Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 Wow, thank you for this! Glad I picked up a few on 24:24s this year, looking forward to enjoying them
srbbones Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 I have to ask, how many codes are there presently?
Scrubber Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 Based on your experience of inspecting so many boxes, if one were to buy blind from these codes what would be the chances (estimate) of getting a good box? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
JohnS Posted April 7, 2016 Posted April 7, 2016 Is there a list for previous years? There's a poll for 2014 here. No surprises that ULA, RAE and MUO came out on top.
PigFish Posted April 7, 2016 Posted April 7, 2016 ... most important code at Piggy's flat...? 70F/60rH... I cannot do squat about any of the rest of it!
Mattygukas Posted April 7, 2016 Posted April 7, 2016 I guess I should stop forum stalking and actually post... Glad I have many of the good codes covered! Representing 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 13, 14, 17, and 21. I think I need more Cubans to fill up the list. WOOT!
khrma52 Posted April 7, 2016 Posted April 7, 2016 Maybe someone can provide me with some information. I purchased a box of Party 898's around end of April 2015. No box code or date on box. Anyone know this information? Thanks.
ElPuro Posted April 8, 2016 Posted April 8, 2016 Maybe someone can provide me with some information. I purchased a box of Party 898's around end of April 2015. No box code or date on box. Anyone know this information? Thanks.I gather you are new. Please introduce yourself in the new member section. No date code is troublesome. ..
avaldes Posted April 8, 2016 Posted April 8, 2016 Box codes on 898's are on the outer cardboard box. The second part to the question of how many codes is...how many codes represent the same factory? There have been many different codes for Partagas, El Laguito and Upmann through the years. 1
PigFish Posted April 8, 2016 Posted April 8, 2016 Box codes on 898's are on the outer cardboard box. This is the correct answer for old members and new ones alike. This is typical: Sometimes these cardboard boxes, if they get too much water on them, can really stink. While I try to keep mine intact for the authenticity value, I have tossed more than one cardboard outer cover myself. Welcome to the forum... -Piggy
hellorockview12 Posted February 15, 2017 Posted February 15, 2017 Was there one of these for 2016 or did I miss it?! I tried searching and this is the most recent one I could find. Thanks!

strikethebox7 Posted February 16, 2017 Posted February 16, 2017 Great list! Thanks el prez for taking the time to compile it! Looking forward to seeing 2016's listSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
garbandz Posted February 16, 2017 Posted February 16, 2017 would be nice to know how many of these codes are the before/after of the same factory. Some may have changed in a year.
