I like to smoke in the back yard sitting on the stone patio overlooking the lake. grab a drink and a game of cribbage and I'm all set. I also enjoy lighting up a cigar when I am towing the guys wakeboarding. My back is bad so I get to be the capm' In the winter here I go to a local cigar lounge. they have nice leather furnature a big screen and a full bar.

I am not allowed to smoke inside. I have been exiled to smoke either on the little deck in the back or in my car in the driveway. At the late hour that I usually fire up a stick I opt for my car. My wireless network reaches out there so I can relax with the laptop, a libation, and a stogie free from the wind and rain. Its cold out there at night though. :buddies:

I'm relegated to smoking out back, on walks, at BBQs and the local coffee shop.

Any where I can, or more importantly any where thats legal, B) which is getting harder and harder in this town.

Any where in the world that has dedicated Cigar bars, the citizens can consider themselves very LUCKY

At home I am relegated to my front porch or backyard patio. A friend of mine who lives not to far away has a smoking room with a wood stove for the cold winters. My local B&M during a sporting event is also an option at times. However, NYC is filled with cigar bars/lounges, so it isn't to hard to find a place to kick back and enjoy a cigar and a drink.

The title of this topic reminds me of an old joke - a man is asked if he smoke after sex and replies "I don't know, I've never looked".

Blessed with year round good weather here in SoCal, so I can smoke comfortably on the balcony all year long. Nice view inside to the bigscreen in case a good game is on, and if you really crane your neck you can get an ocean view.

When not on the balcony, sometimes will light up walking the dog or sitting around a beach bonfire with friends.

I tend to smoke in my backyard, when weather permits.

I can't seem to manage walking and smoking - ALWAYS have burn issues. The Diplo 4 I had the other night was terrible. Kept going out and started burning hot after the first third.

Can't understand how some people smoke on the golf course. I find golf hard enough as it is!

In my garage sitting in my rocking chair while sipping on a rye and ginger ale. Usually reading or listening to jazz. I have a kerosene heater that warms the place up nicely in the winter months.

I find the best place for me these days has been on the Port Breezeway (a passageway above decks on the port side of my ship). There are a number of cigarette smokers on the ship, and the old adage is definitely true - one of the best ways to get to know your men (and women) is to spend time with them as they relax, and in this case, have a smoke. I'm not a fan of all of Cigarette smoking, but positioning myself upwind ensures I don't have their cigarette smoke blowing in my face while I enjoy my cigar. Having a captain who smokes is a bonus too - sometimes you find out information sooner than you would normally if you catch him there :rotfl:

One downside - No alcohol, so I can't pair it with anything except good ol' H20. For that, I usually situate myself outside with a comfortable lawnchair and a glass of fine scotch/tequila/rum.

5 best places I've enjoyed a Habanos cigar (in no particular order)

1. On the beach at Waimea Bay, Oahu, Hawaii, with my old man.

2. At Club 54 in the MGM Grand, Las Vegas (nothing like hitting a club with a 9 inch Sancho Panza Sanchos!)

3. On the Foc's'le of my Ship with my shipmates, after passing my Navy Engineering board

4. In my friend's Garage in Halifax (because it is so often the company with which you enjoy the cigar that makes the difference!)

5. At a low-key Martini Bar in Hong Kong (name escapes me - but the cigar was a marvelous HDM Epicure Especial)

I usually smoke on the front porch by myself while listening to some sort of music - anything from the classics to Buena Vista Social Club. Relaxing, to the nth degree.

I'm on my back deck trying to beat the setting sun. It's 13C out right now (55F for my American bretheren). I've got about 20 minutes left of my cigar and the sun is just starting to hide behind the mountains. Brrrrrr.....

Usually on the balcony of our 2 story house, over looking some beautiful Sydney bushland in the afternoon sun. I prefer to have some sort of tunes playing, although the absence of it doesn't bother me on occasions. Perfect scenario to reflect on the past day or to contemplate the future.
