Dimmers Posted October 15, 2015 Posted October 15, 2015 About once a week is all I manage to get away with timewise atm
hiusmax Posted October 15, 2015 Posted October 15, 2015 1 per day during the week, 1-3 per day on the weekend.
NSXCIGAR Posted October 16, 2015 Posted October 16, 2015 I guess I'm in the minority with multiple cigars every day. It's not really about a certain number of cigars for me but total smoking time. For instance, every day I like to have a small cigar with the morning coffee (minuto, perla, Laguito #3, etc.) Then depending on how busy my day is, I like an afternoon cigar of small-medium size (mareva, corona or Laguito #2 is ideal) however I'm not always able to smoke mid-day. After dinner, I always try and have a cigar of medium-large size when I can relax for an hour or two. Or if a larger cigar isn't available, I'll smoke 2 smaller cigars back-to-back. So I smoke 2-4 cigars per day I suppose you could say. Living in Southern CA helps to keep my smoking schedule pretty fixed over the year. I have lived in colder climates, and I can attest that it does put a damper on my smoking frequency. Just not enough indoor places to smoke cigars anymore...
earthson Posted October 16, 2015 Posted October 16, 2015 Hello aficionado fellows, Do you smoke everg day? If yes, more than one? Myself I cannot enjoy it if it's more than 2 times a week I guess I must seem an animal to you, then, since I smoke 2-5 cigars per week (typically no bigger than a PC, unless it's a celebratory Robusto or Figurado on Fridays). Honestly, once I found good cigars that appealed to me, I found a single smoking session to bring enjoyment that lasted longer than when I was cutting my teeth on online-only brands. For example, I smoked a Drew Estate LP9 yesterday that did not stand up well to age, and am powering through a Dominican online-only blend right now that I found tucked away (I hate to waste tobacco, good or otherwise). To make up for these 2 meh experiences, tomorrow or Saturday will find me pulling out a 2011 CoRo, Fuente Don Arturo, or maybe even a Monte Especial. Lighting up either of those ensures a satisfying experience.
Lotusguy Posted October 16, 2015 Posted October 16, 2015 As many as I can. It's funny - every time I go to my annual check-up, my doctor asks me if I would like help cutting down on my smoking and I tell him that I wish I had more chances to smoke It works out to about 5 or 6 a week. 1
Smiley Posted October 16, 2015 Posted October 16, 2015 4-5 a week in the spring/summer. 1-2 a month in winter.+1 1
wolfain Posted October 16, 2015 Posted October 16, 2015 2 a week sounds right for me Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
wabashcr Posted October 16, 2015 Posted October 16, 2015 During the week, if the weather is ok, I'll generally have one after work or after dinner. Never more than one a day, and almost always have at least one day a week without. Weekends if I'm not too busy I might smoke 2 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday. Very rare Saturdays I might find time for a third, but I generally find my palate is toast by that point.
ElAbogado Posted October 16, 2015 Posted October 16, 2015 1-3 a week on average I'd say. Maybe more occasionally in fall or spring when the weather is better if time permits. 1 or none a week in July/August when it is way too hot and humid, and probably less than that mid December-February when it's too cold.
Colt45 Posted October 16, 2015 Posted October 16, 2015 Only medicinally. Oh, cigars? No. When time and temperament permit - I smoke for enjoyment.
Anthonyjoseph89 Posted October 16, 2015 Posted October 16, 2015 Just so busy all the time, so I've been smoking about 1 a month, at best. But it makes me appreciate it more and it gives my stock some rest. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
BBS Posted October 16, 2015 Posted October 16, 2015 One a day during the week, evening time, to relax and unwind just before bed. Probably two a day on the weekends; AM with coffee, PM after dinner to relax.
Habana Mike Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 Pretty much every day, usually at least a couple. Nothing quite like Churchill, Twain, Castro or Grant I imagine.....
oliverdst Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 Well, I am having a Monte 2 (the last one of a 10 box) and I am already thinking about the next one I will have in some time.
Waah954 Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 Twice daily, i seem to get high of smoking it puts me in a really good mood. This has to be the nicotine yes ? Sent from my SM-G925I using Tapatalk
Napa_Smokes Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 If I am lucky I get one a week. Sometimes its only once a month. There was a time when I had a lot more time and a smoking room in my house where I smoked pretty much everyday....I miss those days
Oscar300 Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 Usually I smoke 2-3 a week mainly Friday, Saturday and Sunday.. Summertime or when it is easy at work its more like 5-6 weekly. And then those free vacation days...well it goes up 1-2 daily. Average 7-10 boxes (25) yearly. This for me too, saved me typing it.
Guest rob Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 As we are in a warm Spring - currently at 1 to 2 per day. In the depths of winter, once a week.
garbandz Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 Average is two per day, except Wednesdays when I join friends for our weekly mini herf.
