I was once a booster (albeit rather modest in support level) to my favorite school, had football and basketball season tic, attended preseason banquets, awards dinners, golf outings, you name it. Now they don't see a dime and watching a game is an afterthought and done when I don't have anything else going on. When they school president and board of trustees prove athletics is of no importance and the athletic director runs the department like it's Sam's Club, it's time to quit wasting my time and energy. The two biggest coaching "legends" in your program's history mailed it in, were deserving of being fired, and you let the coach leaving hand pick their successor? Grow some stones.
