Nice review mate!

I've enjoyed these since release. Actually just finishing one myself.

Glad to see a reasonable ring gauge lately as well!

Has anybody smoked these recently?

Gruezi Dan...Smoked a bunch of Singles of these on my recent Holiday in Europe. Great value on this marca as it retails for about 12Euro. As you know, more recent LE & RE in the Schweiz market are twice the price and not nearly as good.

Big cigar that needs to be smoked after a meal IMO. Thoroughly enjoy these as I always ask myself after I smoke one, why I haven't pulled the trigger on a few Boxes? Dark chocolate, expresso, leather, earth are the predominant flavors. Medium full, razor sharp burn, plumey white smoke, with about a 80-90 minute smoke time. Usually paired it w a Cuban Rum. Great way to end the day...

I most definitely will be looking to add a few Boxes of this Limitada as I believe it will only get better as the tobacco matures. Enjoy!

The Hermosos No. 3 certainly is one of the better LEs. There was a range of different box codes with these. My last smoke lies a while back, but similar to the 2009 LE this edition shows a bit of variability. Not as extreme as was the case with the '09 Petit Beli - with, from my experience, 50% excellent and 50% absolutely meh cigars - but still. Seems a bit too late now, as you say you just snagged a box, but I would advise on looking for the lighter, smoother wrappers in these for a better burn. Sold out in most places now anyway.
