But you do not have to pay in advance. If you have to pay - stay away from it, this will not a trustful vendor.

It's in pre-order for almost a year.

Again: Yes you can pre-order. No - you should not pay any dime before. If so - stay away. As soon as the goods are in stock/delivered, you will receive a email if you are still willing to buy the product. And then you make payment if you want to buy.
