This "there aren't any smaller format NCs" myth needs to die. There are a ton of them readily available. I realize many shops don't necessarily stock them, but they exist in large quantities and various lines.

I'm all ears.  What are your favorites available in corona or smaller?

Recently picked up a 5 pack of these Foundation Highclere Castle Edwardian in petite corona.  There are so few small format NC options that I really want these to be great.

I would recommend the Casa Cuba Doble Tres (a corona) if you get the chance.

I really like the Tatuaje Brown label Noellas, and Tatuaje as a whole is probably the vendor the most of these smaller vitolas. The Petite Cabaiguan is another I like in an even smaller format, and I believe they also still sell the Brown label in the same petite size (I have a box stashed I need to drag out). Also have a corona sized Havana VI, Havana VI Verocu no. 5 (4x40) and a petite corona in the Black label.

Olivia has the Serie V no. 4, and Melanio no. 4 as well. I've not yet had the Melanio version but have had the standard Serie V and enjoyed them. They also have the Special G that's like a tiny Perfecto.

Arturo Feunte has a no. 4 in the Don Carlos line that is a nifty sorta mini 109 or mini belicoso and then no. 3 in a more standard corona style. I've only had the no. 4 out of those two, but have been enjoying them as well. The Short story is also a small format of the Hemingway line.

Illusione has the Le Grand Classe Rex that is a favorite of mine, as well as the Ultra MK corona. The have a smaller format in the Epernay line as well, forget what they called that one, I've not had it yet, gotta smoke some stock down before I buy more.

There are a few different smaller Pardons in the '26 and '64 lines as well that are good though pricey.

Warped La Colmena is one that pretty much only comes in corona, one of my favs.

Aladdino Corojo reserva has a no. 4 that I really like as well.

One thing to note is that technically most NC coronas are really more Petite Coronas, most coming in around 5x42, but honestly sizing is a bit all over the map, you see 5x44, 5.13x42, 4.5x44, etc. called corona, so expect a little variation.

Thanks for the suggestions.  I'll hunt some of these down for sure.

Some manufactures are certainly better than others.  I'd like to see more small format options from Plasencia, Crowned heads, and a few others.

Arturo Fuente Opus X Reserva d’Chateau.

Very nice. I haven't been able to track down a single Opus X to try and you've got a whole box.

Opus are always available on the secondary markets. You may have tears in your eyes when you see the box prices but they are there. 32 count RdC typically are available for a grand a box.
