I will never completely give up NCs. I love them, of course not nearly as much as CCs but whenever I go a long time smoking nothing but them, well then I have to smoke an NC to spice things up a bit?

Padron Sampler...

What budget? I don't need food next month....yes, I wore my 'cigar gang' colors.

This might not be the most popular comment on the forum but I love the #9 from Drew Estate. Just picked up a box of dirty rats and they are great ROTT.

Bought a fiver of Oliva Master Blends 3 recently.  Loved their Series V regular and Melanio and though these had to be a sure thing.  I look forward to trying one this winter.

You can get a 20 pack of Oliva Master Blends 3 (5x Robusto, 5x Double Robusto, 5x Torpedo, 5x Churchill) for $69.95 from Holts! The deal runs 24:7

I've probably smoked more NC's this year than ever before.

Some have been pretty good but most simply ok'ish.

I had a Joya d'Nicauragua 1970 Churchill on NYE which was nice.

Most smoke well and have good construction but definitely miss that elusive Cuban twang that we all love but often find hard to describe.

Some samplers of stuff I’ve heard good things about lately. Variety is the spice of life!

Those Bespoke are really good!

Anyone had the Jas Sum Kral stuff? Haven’t seen anything from that company lately

Not yet, but been reading some good stuff. The bottom 5 sticks in my sampler post above are a couple of theirs...but you probably already knew that.

Based on what I’ve read about all the sticks in my samplers, I expect the Jas Sum Krals to be the most spicy (peppery).

Bought into a 5er split of the Red Knight Lancero last year. Smoked one. Ok! Nothing stand out. But nice.

Cigaragua, Netherlands, usually have stock.

Handrolls by @akpreacher (and an alex lonsdale on the far left). This’ll be the first time I’ve smoked a cigar of which I personally know the roller! Thanks again, bud!

From Tim:

The one next to the lonsdale:

Filler is Brazilian Mata Fina and T-13 which is a hybrid  Dominican Criollo 98/Piloto Cubano Viso.

Bound with Dominican Seco

Wrapped in a Maduro wrapper

The larger gauge one is the same filler and binder but with an Ecuadorian Shade wrapper.”

He needs to use pressform, then the cigar will be smooth
