B- Campaign issue amongst the Cuban-heritage voters, particularly in south Florida swing-state? C- Campaign concerns over lingering anti-Communist sentiment among broad-based voters? D- Non-Cuban cigar industry interests and/or protectionist pressure from other Caribbean tourist destinations? E- All of the above? F- Some of the above?
