Guys, this guy is Ali Al Lami he is pro cigars, he's a gentleman and knows what he's talking about.

For me I'm with Ali. Try not be so presumptuous .

We are all in the same hobby.

As with all things having to do with style, context is king. For those interested in some truly considered discussions about (primarily mid-century American) hat culture and style, the Fedora Lounge is where I hang my hat, so to speak.

I would point out that there is very fine representation from German, Austrian, Spanish, Portuguese hat wearers.

I think his hat is boss cool and i enjoy what he posts on Instagram. And I think if its your lounge you can wear what you like :)

I'm turned off by people who leave their hats(caps) on in a restaurant. No problem with wearing a hat in a lounge smoking cigars.

I watched the whole video and I've never heard of him and don't give a second thought to hats.

But I saw a few things

1. He smokes waaaay to fast to not overheat that tobacco and get any nuance

2. His descriptions don't make sense. Back-woody? Yellow smoke is creamy?

3. I honestly think with how much he retro hales he was barely holding onto his eyeballs. After every puff he smacks his lips like he's holding back tears and vomit. His voice even strains as the smoke clears like he's choking. Towards the last couple minutes his video is edited after a puff and I bet it was from him coughing!

That being said, I did watch the whole video and will rarely have a chance to go to a habanos festival or smoke a gran Reserva so I still enjoyed the video.

(But if I ever begin to refer to myself as an aficionado please smack me)
