markmurase Posted July 13, 2015 Posted July 13, 2015 (edited) You could look at 'Wine Ark'. It's a wine storage facility which is part of the 'National Storage' company. You have your own locker, which you can access 24/7. Have to check if there's a 'Wine Ark' in your city. The wine storage will have controlled temp & humidity, but you'd need to check what the ranges are. It's possible the maximum humidity may be too high for long term cigar storage. Mould would then be a concern, especially if you're not around to check the cigars. To be honest I don't think I'd be comfortable about leaving my cigar collection where no one is inspecting them to check the condition. If you do decide to store your cigars in Australia, if you can't find a professional cigar humidor to store them, I'd be putting some in that storage months before I moved all stock in so I had the chance to see how suitable it really is. Hope this helps. Mark Edited July 13, 2015 by BowTie 1
