I'm a cyclist. And a purist. I rode my first fixed gear bike in the velodrome just over 20 years ago. After a 10 year hiatus, I took it to the road in 2005 in London, when I was 26.

I don't tear up the road as often, or as recklessly as I used to, as I have kids now. But I get out and about now and then. And from some of the posts I have read right here, I look forward to kicking off your side mirrors as I undertake you at the lights.
