I get back into the office this afternoon after three days in the warehouse and am looking forward to catching up with Di and the team as well as the Friday afternoon deck reprobates party.gif

I will be back in the warehouse the week after next putting stock together for when i am overseas early June but from what I have seen/picked, there are some absolute stunners coming up on 24;24 during that time.

It was a good week of hunting with plenty of standouts and not too many disappointments. Last night I caught up with some of the Sydney lads at Green Peppercorn (fantastic venue) and we had a great nightspotlight.gif I took a box PSP box of H. Upmann Royal Robusto (put up on yesterdays 24:24) and they were excellent if a little wet. It was agreed that give them 18 months and they will be stunning chocolate sticks.

The biggest disappointment of the week was the lack of Cohiba Siglo line and quality Robusto/Lancero etc. Trinidad was disappointing again but I have become use to it.

Still, when you get to pick the below, it makes the effort worthwhile. They will be up in the next couple of weeks and no doubt will find good homes.

Back to the warehouse for a few hours to wrap up and then home tot he deck. See you on the other side!

That's a shame, as I have been hoping for Siglo 3 and 4 to pop up.

Prez, you know all this hard work's getting in the way of our weekly(?) Poker game!

Perhaps you need another proxy now Alastair's taken leave. Hopefully someone not quite the same calibre though, he saved you quite a few cigars king.gif

How about giving Greg a shot at the table when you can't make it? lmao.gif

Always a pleasure to catch up with you when you're in town.

Those Royal Robustos were very good, but not the highlight of the evening.... sneaky.gifziplip.gifinnocent.gif

Must have been a great night night out, I had a call from El Prez at 4:43am, no conversation just breathing !!

At least I know he was still alive.

Might have been an obscene phone call!

I've only been around here for a couple of years but I reckon the 24:24 offerings this year have been the best cigars I've seen.

We are being spoilt with a consistent supply of PSP & HQ.

When I joined the forum, PSP boxes were like hens teeth.

Hopefully this purple patch continues.

Cheers

I have been lamenting the shortage of quality Cohiba stock lately and I must admit that these Espy's have 'gladdened my heart'. I have no doubt they'll go quickly when they are put up on a 24:24 sale, even despite the price (which I know will be more than the average price for a PSP 24:24 cigar listing).
