Never seen that one before. Looks like something I'd want to pick up if I came across it somewhere.

I had ordered it years ago from thewhiskyexchange in UK. Rumor has it that the 14Y Caribbean Cask in the US is the same stuff but I can't confirm it. Both are tasty.

Interesting, I do have and enjoy the 14Y Caribbean Cask. That is what made me think I'd enjoy this one as well. Guess I'll stick with what I have and can get locally.

Not much of a wine snob...these two are on the docket for tonight...Pinot and then slipping into hopefully less than 6 bottles:unsure: of something a little more full bodied for dinner.

Anyone had either of these?

Pay $18/drink at the hotel bar of $22.99 for this bottle at the liquor store across the street ;)

Damn, South Beach is expensive!! And that's coming from a guy used to SF Bay Area prices.

2010 brunello should have drunk beautifully

It sure did. Was a $35 bottle and drank like a $80 bottle. Beautiful fruits and vibrant acidity. Drink or hold.

Had a taste of the Octomore 7.2 at the local bottle-o today.

Not bad, despite its PPM, it is very balanced with the sweetness from the cask influence.
