A little Louis XIII and a Rocky Patel decade. Surprisingly they paired very well.

You paired Louis XIII with a rocky patel? Wow. I guess whatever floats your boat lol
It was a package deal. I brought a Cohiba robusto and an opus X robusto if the rocky didnt work out. All I can say is I was pleasantly surprised.

Picked up some of these in 2012 and had my first bottle in 2014 which was great. Had another tonight with a great steak and Alaskan King crab leg dinner. Any easy 97 point wine.

had one of my last 97s of this wine, and a 2010 riserva also, recently. the 97 was the star.  sensational wine.

Sadly I only have two bottles left and it will probably be a couple of years before I have another one.
