Popular Post Hypersomniac Posted May 1, 2015 Popular Post Posted May 1, 2015 Well everybody, I have officially made it a whole year. Today is my one year anniversary of being married to my wonderful wife. To make it even better, I should have my first child in the next 2 weeks or so. Thanks to some magic in the FoH logistics department, my box of Hoyo de Monterrey Double Corona's from my wedding month showed up yesterday. I have never received a box that fast before. So tonight, I will be smoking one of these beauties with a good drink... 15
Hypersomniac Posted May 1, 2015 Author Posted May 1, 2015 Great - but check in after another 5 Are you looking to see how those Hoyo's age? 2
PapaDisco Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 No, he was referring to drinks, not years. Check in after 5 drinks. We just want to see how you post when you're smashed. Congrats on the anniversary! 1
JohnS Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 This is a happy time. Enjoy every moment because newborns can make your life hectic and when you reflect back (perhaps years later) you tend to think that you should have savoured those times more.
shlomo Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 Congrats D! Not to spoil the moment, but every fresh cigar I get from Oz takes months of adjusting before they are any good. Hope you have better luck! 1

Hypersomniac Posted May 2, 2015 Author Posted May 2, 2015 Congrats D! Not to spoil the moment, but every fresh cigar I get from Oz takes months of adjusting before they are any good. Hope you have better luck! It's a little rough, but the construction and burn is spot on. Flavors aren't quite there right now. I bought them to smoke on my anniversaries though, so I am okay with it. Not a bad smoke by any means, just needs some rest to see its potential. 2
Hunter1974 Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Congratulations on both !! Awesome !! Thanks for sharing ! I am not the most experienced cigar man on here by far . But father hood is a different story be prepared to love someone more than you have ever loved anything before this kid will make you so proud so angry so emotional so scared so in love that you won't no whether to scratch your watch or wind your ass . The main advice I can give is what ever you do allow this child to feel consequences . And that my friend is the hardest thing you'll ever,do ! Reflect on your on life and I promise if you're honest with yourself you've learned more from mistakes than anything you have had someone teach you. Let me stop before I give more advice than I have wisdom lol
