I don't think I've had these all in one cigar, but I've had diferent variations of them in some Montecristo No.1's, 4's (especially cocoa or espresso, nuts and toasted tobacco) and Cohiba Siglo II's (more cream and bread).

Somewhere between SLR, Partagas and Bolivar. Closest perhaps SLR double corona, although I do love Partagas when they exhibit Christmas Pudding flavours and what I've read Ken or Rob describe as forest floor mulch. Plus the apricot you can sometimes get from very good aged CoRo. Oh, and the fresh baked bread at the start of a SLR DC. Ahhhhhhhhh...too hard...can I add cream as well?

I've never smoked an '05 EL Montecristo D, but this is what I imagine it to be...

Better yet, let's call it the illusive (read that, non-existant) regular production Monte 8-9-8!

It's a great smoke. I have 2 boxes

I would want it rolled as a Dalias.

I'm imagining this as a Monte-meets-RyJ cigar with a little added salt. I would be in heaven! If anyone knows an etherial cigar like this, please for the love of all that is holy, tell me the name!

Lonsdale

I guess the closest to this were the Boli Lonsdales I found recently, but they lacked the little citrus explosions I experienced in some aged BCG last year. Also the chocolate/tea/leather combo is something I love in both wine and cigars.
