Nat Sherman's is a must. Great staff, and the entire house lines I've had have been awesome. I recommend the Timeless, the 1930, and the Metropolitan Maduro.

+1 Nat Sherman's is such a great shop. I like the Timeless range (not tried anything else yet) just a shame it doesn't open late

Cigar Inn is BYOB - you need to buy their smokes

So does that mean you can bring liquor as long as you buy their cigars? You can't bring any cigars?

When I was there they don't like you bringing your own cigars and they charge you a corkage for any liquor you bring

Interesting, perhaps they've changed their policy as I used to go there a lot (the one on 73rd) a couple of years ago before I discovered FoH (for CC) and never charged corkage.

The Nat Sherman on 42nd is pretty much just a shop. There are a few chairs to sit in and smoke but are usually taken by business men. Dont think you can drink there, but they do have a nice selection of cigars. One of the guys turned me off once because I went in there to buy some 65% Boveda Packs and the guy assured me that they dont make them, and the lowest they make are 72% (they only had 72% in stock granted) He was also like why they hell would you want to store your cigars at 65%.. So in my head i was like you’re an idiot and walked out to the shop down the street and got a 65% pack.

I always like the Wall Street humidor, down in lower Manhattan. They have quirky opening hours, but its a great place, and Richard your host is a great guy. Always a wide selection of opinionated New Yorkers for entertainment ;-)

Typically open after 4pm, and you can bring your own booze I think.

Keith.
