JohnS Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 God bless the Irish for St. Patrick's Day and what they've contributed richly to world culture...especially Guinness!
DougB Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 Hope all enjoy. This year this holiday is extra-special to me. I am in the process of getting dual citizenship (US-Irish) and I am really stoked about it. Our Irish side goes deep.

terrantheman Posted March 15, 2015 Author Posted March 15, 2015 Indy. Just happened to be in town for a show Friday night completely oblivious to the fact the festivities were the following day. I'm in Indy next weekend!
Habana Mike Posted March 16, 2015 Posted March 16, 2015 As they say down here in Jawja - home of one of the oldest St Paddy day parades: Atlanta’s St. Patrick’s Day parade started by the city’s Hibernian Benevolent Society dates back to 1858, making it one of the country’s oldest. That and the party in Savannah that has hosted Saint Patrick's Day celebrations since 1824 boasts a celebration rivaling that of New York City in size and fervor. Not bad for a pretty small town! Erin go Bragh y'all! We typically have a pretty good celebration here at the house too - topped out close to a hundred one year. Shame I didn't get the dry stout and red ale brewed up in time this year, starting a new business is a *****! Next year, gallons and gallons of beer, pounds and pounds of corned beef and cabbage, many green cigars and lots of Irish whiskey to be had. Everyone invited!
wabashcr Posted March 16, 2015 Posted March 16, 2015 One of the wildest days of my life was a St Patty's day spent in Chicago. It was a Saturday, the weather was nice, and I'm amazed none of us were arrested, killed, or otherwise inconvenienced.
