In the UK charts "Tears" by Ken Dodd.

An english Comic who is an institut tuition in the UK. Well in his 80s now and still playing live, his shows going on for hours ( no bad language). I have seen him perform and he sang the song Tears so how many can actually say they have seen the no 1 song from the day they where born performed live by the original artist??

Seriously? That's a pretty well known song, popular during war times especially. It's been covered probably hundreds of times. I wouldn't call it a good song or anything, but I'm surprised you've never heard it. It certainly had more staying power than a lot of songs in this thread.
