I heard that Plain Packaging has was passed in the UK Parliament.

Were there any exclusions made to cigars in any way?

I stumbled upon some good news friends this morning, whilst on the UK Cigar Scene website. The United Kingdom has adopted plain packaging laws as a detterent to minors, but as pipe smoking and cigars only accounts for 1% of smoking in the UK and is not seen as an 'entry-point' for young people to start smoking, an exception was made for pipes and cigars.
