Popular Post Trevor2118 Posted November 9, 2014 Popular Post Share Posted November 9, 2014 Today marks a new stage in the Cuban Cigar Website.com Today full Ownership & Control passes to Alexander Groom. Paperwork is yet to be done but this is just a formality. CCW started in 2006 and Alex has been behind the scenes since 2008, utilising his programing skills and providing valuable input and assistance. For the past two years Alex has undertaken day to day operation of the website as well as introducing several new features; notably the collection management feature. Alex has my full support, thanks, friendship, and I will happily provide him with any assistance I can. I would also like to note that Alex’s involvement with the CCW has always been freely and graciously given and totally without any monetary reward. I may of been running the site for two years now, but 99% of the information on it is still stuff that Trevor produced, and it's going to take a long time for that percentage to fall.I got involved six years ago because I loved CCW as a resource, but there were a few things I wanted to do with it that I couldn't (I wanted to search by ring and length) - I never thought for a second that I'd still be working on it six years later, but it's an honour and a privilege to be part of what I really believe is the best online resource for Cuban cigars.
